RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

We understand that sometimes things might go wrong, and we’re here to help ensure that you receive your order as expected.
You have the right to cancel your order at any time before the order is dispatched to you, and if you do we will refund 100% of any payment we have received from you for that order.
You have 14 calendar days from the date we dispatch your order to you, to return an item to us. To be eligible for a replacement, your item must be unopened and be in the same condition that you received it. Your item must still be sealed in the original packaging and you must include the receipt or proof of purchase.
Please also email your request for replacement to firstname.lastname@example.org and include the following details:
Complaint or description of why you need a replacement.If possible, please include pictures of the product highlighting the issue at hand.
Once we receive your returned item subject to the instructions above and your request for a replacement, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your request. We will immediately notify you on the status of your replacement after validating your return.
If your return is approved, we will send you a replacement product within eight (8) working days.
